This contract is a temporary lease, different from a long term rental in that the rented premises is for a room in a shared flat, which is not the usual residence of the tenant, but their occupation meets a conjectural need, such as vacation period, studies, internships, seasonal work, etc ... These are governed by the will of the parties, which can establish the covenants they consider appropriate. What is not expressed in this contract will apply the LAU and the Civil Code.
